After a quote request is received, the customer will receive a call from us within 48 hours to discuss their needs.
We will set up a time to meet the customer at their location, once there we will listen to what they are looking for.
Once that process starts we try to educate the customer on the ideas and the process in which the job would take place. In doing that, it helps the customer understand and ask us any questions along the way. The best clients are the ones we educate right in the beginning so we are always on the same page.
Once we have an idea of what the customer wants, we will draw up some plans and present them to the customer. From that point we discuss cost and, if need be, changes to meet the customers financial needs.
